Every year I seem to change which podcasts I regularly listen to. I find that it's difficult to process too many at a time — I also listen to audiobooks and talk on the phone a lot, which doesn't leave much room for podcasts. But I do enjoy the current nature of them and the relevancy of the topics.
Here are my current go-to's:
Current Events
With Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks & David Friedberg. Four investors debating business, tech, and politics with no filter. One of the most honest conversations in media right now.
Mergers & Acquisitions
With Jon Stoddard. Deep dives into how entrepreneurs build, buy, and sell businesses.
With John Warrillow. Interviews with founders who've sold their companies — focused on what makes a business valuable and sellable.
Health / Human Performance
With Andrew Huberman. Science-based tools for improving sleep, focus, stress, and performance. Dense with practical takeaways.
With Jim Kwik. Short episodes on memory, learning, and mental performance. Great for someone who's always reading and wants to retain more.
A Note
I've listened to Joe Rogan and Tim Ferriss more regularly in the past, but not so much right now. There are many more that I've tried and will listen to occasionally.
